About Dr. Javier Cabrerizo
Javier Cabrerizo earned his medical degree from the University of the Basque Country and holds a Ph.D. (Cum Laude) in the biophysical properties of the anterior segment of the eye, also from the University of the Basque Country. He is certified by the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBO) and completed his residency and a fellowship in lamellar corneal transplantation at the Netherlands Institute for Innovative Ocular Surgery (NIIOS) in Rotterdam—one of the world’s leading centers for this technique.
