Here’s how it works
From booking to video call in four steps

Book Your Appointment
Select a date and time from the calendar, and make sure your email address is correct.

Pay and get your link
You will receive a confirmation email containing a secure payment link and your Teams link. Payment must be made before the consultation.

Upload your documents (Optional)
Previous medical records, test results, or images, so the doctor can prepare.

Meet Your Doctor
Join via the link at the agreed-upon time and receive a personalized plan for the next steps.
Payment options
Payment must be made before the consultation. Unfortunately, we cannot assign an ophthalmologist without payment.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. A fee of 300 DKK will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
Health insurance
Many private health insurance plans provide full or partial coverage. Contact your insurance company before your appointment to confirm your coverage.

What do I need to participate?
A computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. You don’t need a Teams account: on a computer, you can join directly in your browser; on a phone or tablet, you can join via the free Teams app.
Can the doctor examine my eyes over video?
A physical eye exam cannot be performed online. If one is needed, we will schedule an appointment at the clinic.
How do I pay?
Through the secure payment link in your confirmation email. Please use the same name you used when you made the reservation.
