We had a very positive experience at Copenhagen Eye Institute when I took my child in to be evaluated for eye pain and discomfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, welcoming, and very attentive, making my child feel comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us great peace of mind. We truly appreciated the professionalism and genuine care we received. I highly recommend Copenhagen Eye Institute to anyone looking for excellent eye care, especially for children. Copenhagen Eye Institute is a fantastic facility for anyone in need of improving their eye health. It has a strategic location, elegant interiors, and welcoming staff. I came to the institute with a difficult condition, an unusual case. I had had exams and revisions done in other clinics, but was never sure about going through with treatment because I didn't trust them. I came to CEI, and in a matter of 2 DAYS I had accepted treatment and undergone a complicated eye surgery that deemed excellent results. The difference was in the doctor who took my case: Javier Cabrerizo. Javier is a master of his field. His colleagues referred to him as being "really good", but when I met him, and he explained my condition and guided me through my treatment, I understood what they meant.  In one session, we created a trust bond that allowed me to accept treatment and feel like I was in good hands. He took ACCOUNTABILITY for my treatment and ownership of my results. He reassured me that he would be there throughout my whole process. He designed an approach to tackle my case and a plan for all the possible outcomes. He is one of the best professionals I have encountered in my life. My surgery went really well and I have also received premium care after the fact.
