Left untreated, it can progress and become invasive. Their case illustrates a pattern we see increasingly often: patients seeking out anterior segment expertise are willing to travel across borders when they cannot find the right combination of surgical the clinic as a highly specialised anterior segment centre, capable of managing not only routine refractive and cataract cases but also complex, low-incidence conditions of the cornea and ocular surface that require advanced surgical skill.<br\/>Performing this procedure successfully \u2014 and doing so as a private institution \u2014 demonstrates that this level of subspecialised anterior
